High Levels of Triglycerides-Raw vegan diet

You transitioned too fast.
Transitioning to raw foods needs to be a conscious and preferably well planned process.

While a healthy raw food diet is achievable, it takes a whole lot more effort than eating wfpb! more effort in getting the nutrients as well as affording the foods. Quite dependent on location
I think omnivores use a similar argument when they talk about vegans...it takes a whole lot more effort to get proper nutrition.
