100 g medium oatmeal
100 g wholewheat flour
25 g light Muscovado sugar
1 tsp baking powder
4 tbs vegan milk
2 tbs oil
1 pinch of salt
Combine the ingredients and work to a dough whilst incorporting the oil and milk. You may
need a little extra milk. The dough should be firm and not sticky.
Roll out on a lightly floured board. Using a pastry cutter or glass, cut out 9 cm rounds.

Bake oven 190 °C 12 -15 mins until golden brown.
Cool on a wire rack.
