Cat litter tray help!

Ivy has started pooping under the dining table. She's never had this problem before. At the very beginning she did it twice, but once we removed the door on her walk-in litter tray she was fine. She's still also going in the litter tray, so she doesn't have a problem with it. I'm so confused! Any ideas?

Could it be a territorial marking thing? If it's just under the table, you could try shutting off that area of the house for a few days, so that she forgets that she's been pooping there and get her used to using her box exclusively again.
