I got an email that parliament are going to discuss the petition to ban fireworks on the 9th of December.

IMPORTANT-BONFIRE NIGHT-PROTECT OUR WILDLIFE! REMEMBER THE 5TH OF NOVEMBER

Please remember to build your bonfire on the day and CHECK to see if there are any animals hibernating before lighting it.

Don't use loud fireworks. Replace them by either silent ones or a laser show if permitted:

Bonfire night in Lewes (East Sussex) where thousands turn out each year. After a certain hour, nobody can either enter or leave the town due to its popularity.
