I believe it is definitely healthier if you eat the right things and also good for your skin, hair and nails. Also helps keep you looking well as you get older but you still need fresh air and exercise and a healthy lifestyle. I still have not quite cracked it yet myself.
Genesis in the old testament states people and animals should live on plants.
That was before the 8th day when it all started going pear-shaped.
