Whatcha Eatin?

I am having a salad made with tomatoes, leftover broccoli, cucumbers, red onion, celery, grated carrots, green olives and a slice of marinated tofu topped with a quick dressing of olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice and some spices.

A salad; chickpeas, grated carrots, sliced radishes, chicory, avocado, smoked tofu with vinaigrette and yeast
flakes topped with a few thinly sliced beetroot. I only eat them to lower my blood pressure but am not really keen on the taste.

A slice of wholemeal artisan bread with Flora.

Pineapple.
