Whatcha Eatin?

I am having a salad made with tomatoes, leftover broccoli, cucumbers, red onion, celery, grated carrots, green olives and a slice of marinated tofu topped with a quick dressing of olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice and some spices.

A salad; chickpeas, peeled diced tomatoes, avocado, grated carrots, smoked tofu, vinaigrette and yeast flakes.

Apple puree with Flora cream.
