I felt so hungry when I got in. Crackers, vegan cheese and pate, gherkins and beetroot. Chocolate biscuits afterwards.

it's Saturday so here comes the steel cut oats/split red lentils, molasses, cranberries, ground flax and topped with berries, banana, walnuts, pumpkins seeds, turmeric, hemp hearts and maple syrup - toast with peanut butter on the side
