Whatcha Eatin?

I think I am going to have a pita PB&J with banana inside.

I did not have this yesterday as the bananas were too green (note to self: stop buying green bananas). Instead I had a can of chickpea soup that I bought at Walmart, it was Indian and very tasty. Just added more frozen veggies/kale to it.

Today... hmmm - maybe noodley soup I think as tomorrow is oatmeal day.

fried Omni luncheon meat. It's supposed to be like spam, but it tastes amazing in a breakfast sandwich.
I tried that and I can't remember if I liked it or not. I have a tin of the "beef" that I still haven't tried, hmm. I am going to check it is still in date, actually.
 
Leftovers; small plates:

A sugar spice pumpkin & mushroom buckwheat risotto made in the IP with Violife mozzarella style, finished off with Flora, yeast flakes
grated Violife Prosociano and a sprinkle of smoked chipotle flakes.

Grated carrots with evo/lemon juice and yeast flakes.

A small banana and a small orange.
