My friend sent me home with leftovers from last night's pre-concert dinner, so I'm having them tonight: Puerto Rican rice (made vegan) and an eggplant dish made with tomatoes, onions and yellow peppers. Delicious meal.
This was amazing. A toasted vegan croissant with Tofutti cream cheese and black raspberry jam. I'm throwing in the ripple to help balance the lack of nutrition from the other stuff lol.
