we are going to keep it simple for brunch today - some fruit and maybe toast as today is Canadian Thanksgiving so I will cooks lots of goodies for dinner...
A salad, diced peeled tomatoes, chicory, grated red cabbage, avocado, bean sprouts, smoked tofu, vinaigrette and yeast flakes.
A few crisps.
A pear.
A glass of tequila flavoured shandy.
I bought some sausage rolls at a vegan fayre recently and I just took them out of the freezer to have warmed up for lunch. I will have a smoothie too, probably mango, banana and spinach.
