Whatcha Eatin?

@Emma JC About beans in oats... I know savory oatmeal is definitely a thing- but I still can't help finding it strange!

it was sweet, mostly, so the beans are a nice contrast

today is noodley soup day with soy curls, kale, spinach, brussel sprouts, frozen veggies etc

I had some of my boiled peanuts that I made last week, fantastic for lunch.
And then a handful of these chickpea snacks. I usually really like some of their flavors, but this is not so good. I love pickle stuff but it just has this weird sweet artificial pickle flavor. I don't know. Maybe a little grow on me. I'm definitely not going to waste them though because I hate food waste.PXL_20250711_183742338.jpg

A small slice of courgette & onion tofu bake served with cold courgettes, cherry tomatoes, sliced avocado with a drizzle of
evo/lemon juice and Cornish smoked sea salt plus some nori. A slice of baguette with Flora.

A juicy yellow nectarine.
 
Snack balls made with medjool dates, walnuts, cocoa, flax seeds, and millet
I got finger millet and wasn't a fan of the taste, but they work great in this mix.
Perfect for dulling the urge to eat things less healthy
