Whatcha Eatin?

about to cook my usual Saturday fare of steel cut oats, split red lentils, berries, banana, date, ground flax, hemp, maple syrup, walnuts, pumpkins seeds and toast with peanut butter - gonna be full.... I do love cooking extra so that I have a Tuesday meal

Yesterday's lunch was a few nibbles, guac with tortilla chips, a slice of smoked tofu with Applewood. A slice of canary melon.

Today's lunch was a salad; avocado, mushrooms,cherry toms,roast red peppers, peas, edamame, sliced frankfurter, pumpkin seeds plus vinaigrette.
Granary baguette with Flora.
Both the tomatoes and granary baguette were freebies from Lidl thanks to their loyalty card.

I may have a few apricots later on.
