A slice of artisan cheeze with multi grain, ww bread plus Flora. I was very disappointed with the cheeze and it tastes nothing like
the British equivalent.
this morning I had a bit of my leftover steel cut oats and some berries as I had a funeral for a distant relative to attend - no food there so ate my leftover capellini when I arrived home
Bircher muesli (not from a pack) made with oats, grated apple, pumpkin/chia seeds, almonds plus a dollop of
coconut milk yogurt, a few drops of vanilla and stevia.
I still have some of my leftover steel cut oats from Saturday so I will eat the rest of those with banana and berries and will maybe have some toast with peanut butter too.
