I had a green smoothie and a pitta with houmous, tomatoes, lettuce with fresh lemon squeezed on top.
I'm going to make a green smoothie for breakfast and then make a lunch/dinner of Juicy marbles "steaks", roast potatoes and a salad. I hope my husband can find a vegan salad dressing at Aldi.
I don’t have any walnuts Emma. My husband couldn’t find any salad dressing at Aldi so I will just use balsamic glaze.I usually use that or lemon juice, olive oil and salt. I do like to keep a shop bought salad dressing in the fridge for variety.
I am doing the same. Just had a cranberry nut muffin, lol. But I did have a banana with it.miso or hummus can make a nice base for a simple dressing, even tahini
I think today we are going to try and finish off any tempting junk food and include a clementine or two and then get back to regularly scheduled programming tomorrow.
