Whatcha Eatin?

A pan fried Happyvore banger with peas (lemon pepper, evo) and a rocket salad/vinaigrette & yeast flakes.

An orange.

Brambleberry infusion/sweetener.

Yesterday lunch- wholegrain bagel vegie sandwich with tomato, cucumber, spinach, avo and mustard.

Supper- veggie brat with red cabbage age and onion.

Breakfast- McDonald's oatmeal with no milk, extra apple and craisins, coffee.

Nothing yet, but I'm thinking of making a sandwich with plant based cheese.

The last two slices of toast with vegan butter and Marmite. Sparkling water with lemon.

A bowl of organic sf spelt flakes, organic soya yogurt (cheaper than Alpro!) ground linseed, walnuts, almonds, blueberries, strawberries
and sweetener.

An air fried schnitzel with organic whole wheat spaghetti in a smoked chilli & garlic (just a sprinkle) sauce
with melted Ilchester cheeze/evo plus a sprinkle of lemon pepper.
A tossed gem lettuce salad with vinaigrette/yeast flakes.

An orange.

Breakfast was a berry gren smoothie and ezekiel toast.
Lunch-spinach and tomato salad and a couple of deviled f'eggs.* And a couple clementines...




*hubby made up some hummus with mustard and cumin, so I hollowed out and stuffed halves of little boiled potatoes. Amazing!

I had two rolls with vegan butter and grated plant based cheese. I woke up very hungry.
