My grandmother grew rhubarb. I loved eating right from the garden.

Vegan cheeze and crackers! Shyvas kept mentioning it while I was in Brighton. I looked in the freezer and found a lump of vegan nut cheeze. I haven’t got any crackers but I have oatcakes so that will have to do.

Someone brought in baklava that looked incredible! I've never liked honey, and most baklava I've had has been just too sweet, but I have had it where it was spiced with cardomom and had the crunch of pistachios and sooo good. This one looked good and all I could think was how good it would be with maple syrup instead!

wow that is a great idea - I miss baklava, have always loved it - so I googled

can you make baklava with maple syrup

and it popped up a recipe - I may have to try it sometime or see if I can find someone that sells it - so I googled that and found a company in British Columbia that makes them - maybe there is someone near you that does too
