Vegan Tuscan White Bean Salad

2 19 oz cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 large tomato,chopped
1/2 c copped red bell pepper
1/2 c chopped red onion
1/4 c chopped fresh parsley
1 minced garlic clove
2 TBS chopped fresh (or 2 tsp dried) basil
2 TBS red wine vinegar
1/3 c olive oil ( or as desired)
salt and pepper

Mix all in large bowl;
refrigerate at least one hour;
sprinkle on a few crushed red pepper flakes if desired;
serve on lettuce leaves.
