Nice and warm for the weekend, then the cold front comes and we will have temps in the 40's at night with windchills in the 30's. January has arrived early!

It is very warm again. It is sunny and 19.2 in my house, in November! The taxi driver said last night that we might get to the point that we are at the beach in winter with global warming.

I thought my Echo Dot was wrong when it said it will be cloudy and rainy today. Half an hour ago, the sun was shining, but now the clouds have rolled in. It's going to be warm at least, around 60 F, so not awful.
it's snowing.... 
so unusual for us at this time of year, we often don't get any until after Christmas - we have an appt to put on our snow tires Tuesday so hopefully all will be melted before then - it has been very cold for the past couple of weeks and the weird part is that areas to the north have been warmer than usual - not good news for the arctic tundra - which reminds me, we watched a documentary on how beavers have moved into the Arctic, all the way up to the Beaufort Sea and they are rapidly changing the landscape as the build up of new ponds/lakes melts the underlying permafrost

My sister was in northern New Hampshire today, and it snowed up there. She was supposed to be hiking, but sleet along with snow was predicted, so she and her friends are heading home now. I'm not ready for snow, lol. I still have to put my deck furniture away.it's snowing....

It's 36 degrees with a windchill factor of 29!! I have the heat on and got my space heater out for the bathroom.

It has warmed up to almost normal and will get into the upper 70's today.
The temps have dropped. I went out to get cash out this morning and it was a real shock to my system!
