The nice weather continues with no rain and temps in the low 80's.

We got a ton of rain yesterday! There are a lot of flooded areas around the area. Rain chances are down today.

We got a thunderstorm this evening with more rain. All this rain is causing some major problems like roads collapsing! It made the national news!

I can't believe how chilly it's been in the morning! I've had to put the heat on earlier than I wanted to. I try to hold out until Nov. 1, but I caved this year, lol.

It’s funny that you say that you wait until the First of November, I do the same thing!
So far I’ve been able to wait - just a few more days to go, not sure if I will make it either!

This morning was foggy and drizzly but it has cleared up to partly cloudy and is a very pleasant 74!

Back in the day, my mom did it and if we got cold, she'd be like, put on a sweater, get a blanket, put on some extra socks, lol. I made it until the 23rd, I think. We had some cold nights, but I turned it back off during the day last week. I think it might be on for good now. I really like the savings of not having either the AC or the heat on in the transition months.

It was raining heavily but it has brightened up a lot and will hopefully stay dry the rest of today.

Bright and sunny today with highs in the 50s. Thankfully, the wind has died down. It was crazy the past couple of days.

Woke up at 2 am to really strong wind gusts. We did get a warning from our electric company to prepare for outages. I just don't like listening to it...It's scary! I can hear branches falling.

I find it scary, too. The wind was crazy last night, plus we got some rain. I got that electric company text, too. I think it’s supposed to calm down a bit today, though.

Yes...it's already so calm out there. I went walking at 6:45 and it was cold but no wind.

We did not get any rain.
