TV & Film The TV Room

I started watching an old show, Eli Stone.
I remember when it was on Broadcast TV, I poo-poohed it because it was semi- faux - religious. "there is a god that interferes with humans directly - or maybe not ."
But I'm kind of digging it.
It takes place in San Francisco, it's full of pretty people and some musical/singing and dancing scenes
I watched the video- it reminded me of "Joan Of Arcadia", which I liked, although JoA didn't have singing and dancing.

I started watching "Margo's got money problems" and after only a couple episodes, I like it a lot. I also watched the pilot of "Euphoria" and it's pretty dark so I don't know if I will watch it. Also watched the first couple episodes of "Heated Rivalry." Don't know if I will continue that one either.

we watched the last two episodes of The Four Seasons - kind of a waste of time which is disappointing - after we finished it a movie of the same name popped up on Netflix from a number of years ago and seeing as it starred Alan Alda (he was in netflix version and was producer) I assume it is the same story - won't be watching it

Season one of "Margo's got money problems" has ended so now we wait for season two. I really like this show! I started a new series called "Your Friends and Neighbors" which stars Jon Ham. I have watched a couple of episodes and like this one quite a lot. It's comedy/drama and there are two seasons available and a season three in production.

Have you heard that there will be a season 2?
I read the book and the TV show ended where the book ended.
If anyone has read the book and seen the tv show send me a PM. I'd love to discuss the differences with someone.

I finished season one of "Your Friends and Neighbors" and will start on season two. "House of the Dragon" is back for season three and it's been so long since season two that I had to go to Wiki and read the summaries of the first seasons. There was a lot of action in the new season premier. Dragons!
