I watched the first episode of the first Yellowstone spinoff called Marshalls. It is about Kayce Dunton, the youngest son. It was pretty good but I am not happy they killed off his wife in the time between the end of Yellowstone and this series. Not a spoiler since it is all over social media about it. LOL

I'm not enjoying season 4 of the Good Doctor that much. Characters I liked have left... I always have a hard time with that. I did not enjoy the episodes about Covid but grateful there were only two. I also am not enjoying the new residents but I remember that happening with Grey's Anatomy also.

I find it annoying whenever a character starts to downward spiral and becomes self-destructive. It's tedious. I am currently on episode eight… I hope it gets better.

I was wondering where you were at… Obviously I watch a lot more TV than you lol. I also realized that while I'm being careful not to give spoilers, maybe I shouldn't verbalize my reactions either because it might give off a hint. Sorry if that has happened and I will be quiet going forward. 🤐 😊
 
I watched the pilot of "Scarpetta" which is based on the Patricia Cornwall book series about a medical examiner. I had read a few of the books some time ago so was interested in checking it out. It stars Nicole Kidman and Jamie Lee Curtis and some other recognizable actors. I am not fond of the two timeline format (it jumps back and forth to a young Scarpetta and the present) but I will watch it. All of season one is streaming and a season two is already in production.

we only watch it while eating dinner and that usually starts around 9pm so only time for 2, maybe 3, episodes per night - lunch time is youtube time and unless I have a lot of work or grocery shopping then YT usually prevails until dinner time - dinner cooking time we play music on YT too always starting with Solsbury Hill and then it autoplays Journey etc - before bed we watch Jimmy Kimmel and dog/cat shorts

I'm on the last episode. 😭

I will say I did not like season 4. Season 5 was a little better but still meh. Six was much better/good and 7 very good. I am glad it picked up again. I will miss it. 😞

I love medical shows. It had drama, romance/relationships, it can be funny. It's very human. Emotional. I hated some of it, mainly because I don't like when things don't go the way I want. But it was an excellent series overall with the exception of seasons four and five that were just mediocre for me. I will be curious to hear what Emma thought about those seasons in general.
