I tried watching it when it first aired. I watched the first 3 or 4 episodes, but I just couldn't get into it. I had no idea why the critics loved it so much.

The series moves to Tuesday nights at 8 pm starting April 30th, with four episodes left in the second season. NBC announced today (April 26) that the series has been renewed for a third season, with 22 episodes planned.

It's...interesting. I wasn't immediately hooked like I was with Ripper Street. I've seen the first two episodes. I recorded episode #3 but still haven't gotten around to watching it, and episode #4 aired last night. So I'm now two episodes behind. I'm going to try to watch both so I'll be ready for next Saturday's episode.
^ I am now intrigued about Orphan Black. I really like Criminal Minds at the moment. I miss The Walking Dead as I didn't realise how much I looked forward to watching that show.
I'm shocked. Are they going to replace him or just write him out?

Dude, watch Orphan Black. It's science-y without being overly sci-fi and it's crime drama-y without being an annoying formulaic crime drama (which I hate). And the actress who plays the clones is really talented, it's really easy to forget that it's the same person playing multiple roles. I really recommend it.
