Hunting with dogs is rife in Somerset. For far too long, hunts have been free to carry on their brutal ‘sport’, no matter the cost to wildlife, pets and people.

In an age when the natural world faces its greatest threat, when British species are on the Red List and threatened with extinction, when we are recognising the value of the natural world for our mental health it is beyond belief to learn that Autumnwatch has been cancelled. The BBC say it is for financial reasons.

The decaying remains of a 3-year-old dog with his paws apparently bound was discovered in a park. Surveillance video appears to show a person dragging the bound animal across the ground and abandoning him in the woods. Demand justice for this animal.
