I knew even before opening the link that the family would be Chinese. It’s the “mock” in the headline that gave it away. Mock meats is what meat analogs are called in Chinese restaurants. Very interesting article, thank you for posting it.
I might have to try a few of their items. The article mentions an e-commerce store, so I might have to order some, though I could actually go to New York and get them if I bring a cooler bag or something.
