5 - 6 large sweet potatoes
2 - 3 tbs light olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic salt or flakes
a pinch of chili flakes
1 tbs balsamic vinegar

Peel the potatoes. Cut into wedges. Put the olive oil, spices, chilli flakes, salt into a bowl and toss
the potatoes until coated.
Place the potatoes on a baking tray.
Roast in a 180 °C oven for 25 - 35 mins until golden brown.
This is a rough guideline as ovens vary.
Drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the wedges before serving.
