It's not always easy to find healthy protein options. I usually rely on tofu ( which I dislike), seitan ( which I make from time to time) and pulses during the winter months.

I find that if I'm not eating enough protein, I tend to feel lethargic and under the weather.
 
I have made a huge batch of seitan and it is in the fridge. There are so many ways that it can be used for making delicious meals.
