Passive Housing

I'm a bit passionate about passive housing, I think it should be the only kind of new building in the 21st Century. Did anyone see the programme The House That £100k Built?

If people really want to save the Planet surely this is the only way to go. Building houses for everyone not just the very rich, the Grand Designs set.

I read about this in Heat by George Monbiot, I think it's good as far as I can see. I hope it develops further. Need to keep an eye on the carbon costs of costruction as well as energy use of course.
