Hey guys! I'm new to being a vegetarian - it was a switch that came about from some serious health concerns, so I'm starting to slowly navigate the waters to better health. I'm hoping this site will be a great tool for inspiration and motivation.
I found this great recipe for a super healthy no-bake cheesecake that my husband is in love with. I thought I'd share it with you guys to see what you thought, because it's too good to go unnoticed. In my house, we love desserts, so this is a must!

- 1 1/2 to 2 cups chocolate wafer cookie crumbs (depending on desired thickness of crust)
- 5 Tbs melted butter or coconut oil
- Substitute for 1 envelope of gelatine (agar agar)
- 1 lemon
- 3 Tbs water
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) light cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup low fat milk
- pomegranate seeds or raspberries for garnish
