US New items at Trader Joe's

I think those have been around quite a while. They're really small

TJ's discontinues vegan products faster than adding them.
No more jackfruit, no vegan fishless fillets. Uncertainty on the tzatziki sauce dip
I really liked the fishless
Agreed. I can't even find much vegan cheese there anymore. They were carrying Miyoko's products (not that I buy those), but I haven't seen anything there in a while. And they seemed to have discontinued their vegan feta, which was pretty good. I hope they keep the tzatziki sauce. I love that stuff!

I think there are a lot of shortages and things being discontinued in stores, it has been happening at the store I am using, and enough that I think I see it is a trend. More things will be gone from the store. And so favorite vegan things will be gone, some of it is already, as I have found, and it is not likely they will come back. I see some things gone that have not been there since years ago. But there really are less things there to choose from, that is definitely the case.

I am really thinking very strongly now about being somewhere preferably with others on land for it and growing lots of things that we will use ourselves and make things with.

twice when I went to the store for silk creamer, two stores were out.

I have complained about not being able to find my vegan parm any more.

I found guacamole without dairy in it, I bought up what was there. I have not had guacamole for a long time, I stopped before when only finding any then with dairy in it. I am just using the last of the guacamole just now.

Guacamole does not need dairy or any milk analog. I do not see that brand anymore. The whole store arrangement is different from how it was when I saw only that brand of guacamole still there and the one I had been using before gone. This newer guacamole from another brand is in a different place (like almost everything there now). The one I got now, not the one that was just running out, is made very spicy. I do use that still. It's all better than just slicing bits of avocado into my meals.

I have had a couple of these spicy guacamole containers I have gone through, getting one after the other gets finished. It is alright knowing it is spicy and not adding any other thing that is spicy as much in the meals I have. I didn't get the image of it when I got it. Instead of showing the almost empty container, here is a full one, I am getting Jimenez traditional spicy guacamole, this one in the image is not the spicy blend I found that I am getting..Screenshot_20250808-160303~2.png

On the other hand, while I miss things I used to get, I now have jackfruit there where I can keep getting it, this is pretty new, while for many years I wanted to find it and didn't know where. It is not in a can now and so it is not among canned things like I expected.

That container of guacamole that I showed I did find the last time I got guacamole. I will say I really use it up quickly. But that is sort of needed, it has a discolored top when I come to use it each time. But I am glad to be getting guacamole again, this or even the really spicy one.

Because I hurry through each container of guacamole, I use it in most things I am eating, a little in the bean burritos I make, a lot in each cooked meal. I hope that isn't what get me sick. I haven't eaten for a while. When I do, it will still be guacamole in my cooked meals and in my bean burritos.

I'm so upset that I can't find their high protein veggie burgers. Not sure if they are discontinued or if the TJ's I've been to just doesn't carry them. I don't even know if they are vegan at this point. Might be vegetarian. But I really liked them even though the texture was very soft. They were nice to have once in awhile.

Here is the image of the spicy hot guacamole I got again, as the other guacamole they carry was not in stock. I remembered to take the photo of it before opening it this time.

I was looking through food I had stored and further in back found these blended foods in pouches, which should be for babies. I don't remember how I got them. I have no babies, don't know any babies and don't know anyone with babies. But this is food and I do not think of throwing food away, so, I think I will try having them, individually and separately, in food I would make for myself, and probably would have really seasoned up.IMG_20251003_160116401_AE.jpg

I went through that food that could be for babies. It would just get old and there were not going to be any babies that I knew of. So it wasn't too bad in my cooked food. As it was liquidy it was part of a sauce, with vegan mayo, salsa, and all the seasonings I use. I am back now to cooked veggie meals with having kale, cabbage, carrot available for the quinoa and the whole grain pasta meals I have, with hummus and medium salsa, again, with my seasonings, and I still will get pickle and hummus sandwiches with whole grain bread I make, and will make my bean burritos.
