I sometimes wonder if eating meat is a form of narcissism. Here is a list of some of the personality traits of a narcissistic person. I added the "to animals."
- Expectations of being realized as superior to animals.
- Possessing a sense of entitlement to animals.
- Expectation that others should do special favors for you from animals.
- Belief that nobody should question your motives and should have unwavering compliance with your requests of animals.
- Taking advantage of animals to move forward in life and/or to get what you want, with no remorse toward the ones you stepped on to get there
- Arrogance, haughtiness to animals.
- Unemotional towards animals.
