Okay maybe not life-changing, but these are freaking amazing and I wanted to share them. I stumbled on this recipe over a year ago when I wasn't even vegan and I loved them then. I eat them with hummus and roasted sweet potatoes and carrots. Here's the recipe. I follow it almost exactly. The only difference I make is that I use dried parsley instead of fresh and sometimes, I use granulated garlic instead of fresh as well. I've never noticed a difference with the dried versus fresh ingredients, though I'm sure fresh is better. Also, I've made this with a food processor and a Vitamix and either works fine.
Anyway, just wanted to share one of my favorite recipes. Hope you all enjoy!
