I got another pair of Skechers. I hadn't been to the Skechers store in a long time so today I went. I always go to the clearance section first and today I found some navy blue slip ins that are waterproof and vegan on sale reduced from $99 to $60. Made my day!
Nice! Are they memory foam? Last time I tried them on they were all memory foam, which is NOT for me
I got some barefoot shoes with the toe formed toe, good width, and zero drop thin sole. I really like them, but wish they were waterprood.
I had some hi tops that were oil cloth. I loved that material, but never see it now

They are "air cooled memory foam" which I have no issue with memory foam. Sometimes I add a Dr. Scholl's for more cushioning if needed. The other slip ins I got at TJ Maxx are memory foam also and I haven't had to add another insole to them.
Vegan goodies to bring home from Brighton.
I popped into the city centre for a couple of hours. I de stringed 2 pidges and then went to M&S and Waitrose. This is my haul which includes artisan style cheeze which had a 20% discount.
I also bought a gorgeous pair of silver tone earrings for a £1 at à charity shop.
I have been out shopping in Brighton already this morning!

I'm about to buy a portable monitor for working on the go. I have an ongoing project with my old boss, and I may need to take the work setup when I go to Arizona for a celebration of life for my cousin, who passed a month or so ago from ALS.

It’s funny that I spent the first 30 years of my life in the USA and I have Never had a Corn Dog! But, there are Many typically American foods that I have Never eaten!!
The first time I had a corn dog was a few years ago...and it was a Morningstar corn dog. I never had a Omni version. I always assumed because it was a regional thing. I would associate corn dogs with the south, regardless if that was accurate or not. I just never came across them in the NE, not even at carnivals or fairs.

I don’t think I had mentioned it before. It was just heartbreaking.I'm sorry about your loss. I'm not that close to any of my cousins. I think I should do something about that; they and I don't dislike each other- we're just not close. Now that I'm thinking about it... I don't think my parents were close to THEIR cousins. They have them, but I can't recall meeting most of them or even hearing anything about them. One of my cousins (on my mother's side- her niece, of course) was doing some genealogy for the family, and told me we have a lot of family in Pennsylvania. I'm not close to all of my cousins, but I do have a few favorites (he was one of them), and most of us keep in contact. We have a cousins phone chat for any news, plans, etc.
Last thing I bought: some Big Twist yarn from Michaels, which was having a decent sale of 30% off on all yarn. I got a gray/blue color for a sweater/wrap I want to make.
