I bought too many books on my eclipse trip. But I love them so.

I also bought a gratuitous Byzantine coin of the emperor Justinian II - dated around 693-694

Lol, it's a Friday, so the last thing I bought was cigarettes and wine (Cabernet Sauvignon). I grabbed a pizza today, califlower dough, no cheese, extra sauce with onions, spinach, black olives, and mushrooms. I wish they were more generous with the toppings

I haven't started using it yet but I have been looking at recipes online and at the weekend will read the instructions and try it out. It am going to start with potatoes maybe with some garlic and rosemary.

I was deciding on trainers for ages then realised Sambas are vegan so have those. Love them. Apparently they're not fashionable now since Rishi wore them though.

I saw that! I have vegan Adidas, but one pair are so white that I feel weird wearing them so I got pink instead.

I love it! I cooked some peppers and red onion in it ready for tomorrow's sandwiches (we are going on an outing as part of my birthday present) Everything came out really crispy and a little seared. Later I will try some potatoes for an evening snack but I have a feeling our oven is now obsolete.

Speaking of air fryers, ours just died. I'm not sure it's even a year old. It likely is as my sense of time tends to be warped. My son purchased it so I'll have to ask him to check his Amazon purchase history...I'm curious. I guess the next thing I buy will be a new air fryer lol.

The thing I like most is that we don't have electrical sockets in our kitchen so we have to use it in our living room. This results in lovely smells wafting around while we sit here tapping on our keyboards.
