Gluten free pill

Scientists have developed a gluten-free pill in Canada. It is derived from chicken yolks, so won't be suitable for vegans, but it may help celiacs for a few hours to digest foods with gluten in.

They are still testing the pill, but hope it will be out and available over the counter in a few years time.

Hmm... sounds interesting, principally because of the increasing number of celiacs that may benefit from this pill.
