Peanut Butter Eggs-Nora Cooks

For our American cousins who enjoy chocolate & PB!
So, I made these, and OMG, they were so delicious! They are very rich, so the next time I make them, I might make them a bit smaller. But still, they were a big hit at Easter brunch, and they even sort of looked like eggs, lol. It made about 15 eggs, and I have just a few left, as almost everyone took some home :). I put them in the freezer for now.

Just reading this to my pal in Saltdean and it made us giggle.
As I said we prefer caramel or hazelnut with chocolate.
She says we will leave you our share. 😁

So pleased that you liked it. 👍😎

Too funny! I do love caramel and chocolate, but I haven't tried making caramels yet. :D Divine Treasures candy shop down the road does a great job with caramels, so I get mine there, hehe.
