It says light and fluffy… I have my doubts. Looks pretty dense. But I’d still devour it lol.
I think people have different ideas of 'fluffy'. That jelly roll cake I made said light and fluffy, and to me it was dense and heavy, but my son said he thought it was light and fluffy :shrug:.
I think I do find getting the 'crumb' right with vegan cakes. It's rare I make them, and honestly, I always have had a lot of criticism for all cakes
 
There is a red x on shyvas's picture posts and I am not allowed to see them! What's up with that?
I notice that too. It's like I can see them initially but then the red x appears.
