Join your local We The Free team as we pair up with vegan animal rights activist, Ismael Martin, for the ‘Worldwide Vegan Chalking Night’.
Set to take place in over 300 cities this year, The Worldwide Vegan Chalking Night is a wonderful opportunity to get together as a community to raise awareness for the animals.
Simply come along (bringing chalk if you’re able to) and join in!
It really doesn’t matter whether you’re artistically gifted, one for quoting facts and figures, or the words of well-known vegans or philosophers – everyone and anyone can contribute in their own, unique way!

What is the Worldwide Vegan Chalking Night?
The worldwide Vegan Chalking night is a hugely successful campaign thought up by vegan animal rights activist Ismael Martin. For the last five years, vegans all over the world have been colouring the streets in the hopes of raising awareness for non-human animals.

2023 Tonbridge Vegan Festive Fair.
A large range of vegan friendly food, drink, clothing, craft & beauty stalls. Plus charities and information.
Indoor venue with plentiful free parking round the Angel Centre. Very close to Tonbridge Rail Station.
£3 adults, accompanied under 16s free.
Pushchair users please be aware that the fair is busiest at opening and the gangways between stalls are limited so you may wish to visit later in the day. Dogs (except guide dogs) are not permitted in the venue but there are benches outside and it is just a 10 minute walk form the beautiful Tonbridge Castle & Park.

Description:
Feel free to bring any Halloween goodies to contribute to our buffet.
We will have several animal rights themed seasonal arts and crafts stations, on-theme games (where players can win vegan goodies), and several prize categories for our costume contest.
This will also serve to recruit more activists to support our work around the southwest, while hopefully building gener8good will and a sense of community in an area that can sometimes feel very much not vegan-friendly.

Camden councillors unanimously agree to 100% vegan catering as swathes of local governments move away from meat
Camden Borough councillor Awale Olad, who chaired the meeting, said the committee was ‘100% behind’ the vegan initiative.
