Nutrition & Diet Eww bacne

Sorry for the disgusting post. But does anyone know how to cure bacne (back acne for those who don't know).
I have NEVER suffered with spots, not on my face or on my back. But over the last few days iv noticed my shoulder blades are covered in spots :-( no way could I wear anything that showed them at the moment.
My first question is, does anyone know how to get rid of it?
And did this happen to anyone else when changing their diet? I'm not sure if iv unintentionally detoxed and this is what's happened after 2 weeks of being vegan xxx

A diet change usually brings out some physical changes, it will probably be transient. I can't offer any specific advice though, sorry!

I think it may be a combination of a lot of things. Diet change, bit of stress with people moving in and out of my house, tidying (which was dusty and sweaty). Went tithe chemist to get some cream for it. Fingers crossed it works xxx

If the cream doesn't work, try coconut oil. Clears my face right up.

Have you changed shampoos recently? Ive had them do similar befoer.

No, not changed them recently. I did used to change them a lot tho. Really hoping this cream works. Iv also washed all my towels and bed sheets today/yday to try and help xxx
