This is the first time I've ever written down what I'm cooking. And my first try on a cauliflower soup.
1/2 Chinese garlic
2-3 cm fresh ginger
1/2 red chili pepper
1 red onion
1 small fennel
2 spring onion
2 small cauliflower
Spices:
1/2 ts salt
1 ts pepper
1 ts chilipowder
1 ts cumin
1 ts turmeric
1 krm cayenne pepper (1 krm = 1 ml)
- Finly chop garlic, ginger and chili. Heat oil in a pan, and fry for a short time.
- Chop fennel, onion and spring onion. Add in pan, and put in some water to barely cover them. Cook them soft.
- Add cauliflowers and more water. Cook until everything is soft.
- Use a hand blender to make everything smooth.
- Add spices. Stir.
Next time I'll use less water, and add some vegan milk of some sort.
