- 1 400 ml can of coconut milk
- 1/3 cup of fine brown sugar ( ground in a coffee grinder or caster sugar would work)
- 1/3 cup of fine, coarse semolina
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/2 cup sultanas
- Combine milk, sugar, semolina, cinnamon and cardamom in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and then simmer on medium heat stirring constantly.
- Add the sultanas and turn down to low
- Stir from time to time until the pudding thickens.
- Serve warm when the dessert is at your desired thickness
This is such a yummy dessert and definitely worth the no time it takes to make it.
