Vegan Butterscotch Sauce

75 g soft brown sugar
50 g vegan margerine
142 ml vegan cream
A few drops of butter extract (optional)

Gently heat all the ingredients in a saucepan until the sugar has dissolved. Bring to
the boil and cook for approx 2 minutes. Add the butter extract if using.

Tip : Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, steamed puddings,pancakes and waffles.
