I couldn't decide which thread to pop this into. So I made a new one.

Bottom line
D, Magnesium, Omega 3, and saffron.

Not sure if saffron really deserves to be on the list. I already supplement D, Mg, and O3

It should really be DHA though, as even with the proper omega ratios we still need to have the ability to make the conversion from ALA (which is in omega) to DHA/EPA. This varies, and is lessened with age


Of course getting omegas from foods like flaxseeds is also important for their benefits
