1.5 cups liquid from cooking pinto beans
1.5 cups pureed pinto beans
1 T sugar
1 packet (7 grams) yeast
Mix and let set for a few minutes till foamy, then add in stand mixer-
4.5 to 5 cups flour
1.5 tsp salt
1 T vwg (optional, but I did)
Knead till just looses stickiness, should be soft dough. Oil bowl and let rise and hour.
I just folded a few times and dumped in oiled loaf pan. Let rise
Bake at 350F for about 40 min. till 190-195 F

I would think any beans would work. I could not detect bean taste at all, but it is very flavorful, and rises nicely20250803_190014.jpg

Followed the recipe this time, other than adding 2 Tbls vwg, cause I do with AP flour in bread

It's so good, but doesn't slice well for sandwiches, it's moist, but crumbly
