I decided to try a Vegan diet on New Years day,and I need to be honest and confess it was in the hope that it could help in reducing my cholesterol levels.
I am now three weeks in and have lost 8lbs and made headway into reducing my cholesterol.
I am sourcing and preparing my own meals and have found that I am enjoying doing so,and very rarely feel hungry.
I have now started to notice more how much meat and meat based products are on display, and is has made me think do we need so much.
I am hoping to gain further help with my diet and hopefully many more ..more recipes.
