Does anyone remember a film called Dark Night of the Scarecrow? I must have been quite young when I saw it on TV but I thought it was really scary.

My husband is going to a gig tonight so I'm not watching anything scary in the house on my own so I'm going to be watching The Good Witch's Charm.

horror movies are my favorites but at Halloween it's pretty traditional to watch It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.
(although i missed watching it earlier tonight on account of working all day and then trick-or-treating all evening...just unwinding now and posting all things Halloweenie. )
and speaking of weenies, next year i'll have purchased the dvd of Frankenweenie and will add that to my Halloween must sees.

I think the classic movie for Halloween is..... Halloween!! The original of course.

Cool trivia about Halloween (1978)... the scariest mask that John Carpenter could find at the store for Michael Myers to wear in the film was a William Shatner mask. LOL. Look closely and you will see that it is definitely a William Shatner mask that the killer is wearing.
