White Male Doctors Make More Money Than Black Male Doctors

According to the census data, white male doctors made about $253,000, while black male physicians made about $188,000—a difference of almost $65,000. White female doctors made about $163,000, while black female doctors made about $152,000. While the difference between women by race wasn’t considered statistically different, the difference between female and male salaries is astounding.

The difference between white males and white females is $90,000 per year.

And yes, that's after adjustment for specialty, geographic location, hours worked, etc.
