Whatcha Eatin?

some kind of noodley soup type of meal with the usual cabbage, kale, spinach, maybe some beans or soy curls and other veggies

I lied - I did not have this yesterday - I had 2 small pieces of toast with peanut butter/raspberry jam and sliced banana on top - had to go out so didn't feel like going into a delicious food coma first.

Today will be leftover steel cut oats/split red lentils from Saturday with berries, banana and all the other fixings that I like to add.

Nah- you just changed your mind. Your soup always sounds mouth-watering when you mention what's in it, but everybody likes a change now and then. Some days I don't eat oats, although that's unusual for me. I hope you enjoyed your oats and lentils. (I still haven't gotten around to trying that...)

definitely noodley soup - it's been a minute

thanks @Tom L. - did it again and did not have my noodley soup - found the leftover pasta from Saturday, in the fridge, and thought it needed to be consumed so heated that up instead - leftover pasta is always so good - so hopefully today will be noodley soup day

I had a delicious chickpea flour omelet with spinach, red onions, tomatoes and vegan cheese topped with some hot sauce for brunch. I also had a slice of sourdough toast with vegan butter.

Onions, mixed veg with the last of that big bag of brown rice &millet noodles! Good riddance . Only gluten free noodles I've liked are rice
A spoon of my mayo and some curry powder

My favourite gluten free pasta is corn, there’s also a pumpkin and ginger flavoured rice noodle that I like for using in Miso soup…
When I follow a gluten free diet I find that I have much fewer Arthritis flare ups… Staying away from acidic foods also helps…
