I had Tofu Vegan for lunch. Stir fried veg with chilli, deep fried tofu and steamed rice.

Leftover White protein chunks in a red pepper smoked paprika sauce with whole wheat couscous.

Apple puree with Flora double cream.

I had a delicious vegan breakfast at a restaurant. Vegan bacon, sausage, falafel, hash browns, baked beans, mushroom, tomato and toast.

I made hummus - with tahini- in the Vitamix. Much better than my food processor
Had it on a naan with za'tar, tomato slice and kalamata olives

it's an oatmeal day, haven't quite decided if it will be steel cut or rolled but there will be berries and banana involved
