Whatcha Eatin?

yesterday I had a tomato soup to which I added tiny vermicelli noodles, lots of frozen veggies, soy curl crumbs, fresh kale

today like my noodley soup with cabbage, kale etc etc

Breakfast was Bircher muesli made with oats, ground linseed, chopped apricots and almonds, topped with soya yogurt.

Lunch was toasted granary baguette with Flora, smoked tofu and Violife new Cheddar style.
Lightly steamed small courgettes served at room temperature with vinaigrette, a sprinkle of yeast flakes plus smoked Cornish sea salt.
Apricots.

Hello. I have just rejoined this forum a fter being in burn out for nine years but I am now 99% plant based/vegan diet which has taken me 40 years. I have got a collection of nice food in my fridge without any worry of getting fat. My kitchen needs a good clean up before I can plug my cooker in so no cookery yet but I am at least happy with the diet I have got.
